Working with Sherry Azim from Source Nerds on the Compensation Data Framework Development project was a really positive experience. She was clear about the goals and made sure we understood how our work fit into the bigger picture. I appreciated how approachable and supportive she was throughout the process—she always encouraged questions and gave helpful feedback that made it easier to stay on track. Even though we were just students, she treated us like with respect and really valued our input. It made the whole experience feel more real and meaningful. This project helped me see what collaborating with a client is like and gave me more confidence in applying my skills to real-world work.
