Participants will research key trends in HR intelligence, develop a compelling script, and produce a professional-quality video. The project is designed for learners to apply their classroom knowledge in media production, storytelling, and HR analytics, culminating in a polished video that encourages potential clients to explore Exera’s solutions.
The primary deliverable is a 3–5 minute thought leadership video suitable for Exera's website, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Additionally, participants will create a 30–60 second cutdown for social media promotion and a short written summary of key takeaways from the video. These deliverables will showcase Exera's expertise in HR intelligence and engage potential clients effectively.
