The goal of Project Constellation is to design and build a basic gamification layer within ZEVA (Zero Emission Vehicle Analytics) that turns driver and charging data into fun, engaging experiences like points, badges, and challenges. Students will work on creating a prototype that demonstrates how these gamified elements could encourage safer driving, more efficient charging, and higher user engagement.

ZEVA is a hardware-free, multi-OEM Electric Vehicles (EV) telematics and mobility intelligence platform that converts real-world driving and charging signals into operational outcomes. We provide real-time vehicle insights, predictive analytics, and grid-aware charging optimization for drivers and fleets—without the need for aftermarket devices.

Expected Outcomes:

·      Increase user engagement through points, badges, and challenges

·      Demonstrate how gamified features can encourage safter driving and more efficient charging

·      Power gamification with technology, analytics and AI

Deliverables:

·      Multiple design concepts for review and consideration

·      A prototype or mock-up of the gamification layer (e.g., points, badges, leaderboards)
