Our company advertises thousands of products online. We want to increase customer engagement through loyalty programs.

We would like to collaborate with students to develop new loyalty programs.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services.
  • Identifying customer actions to be rewarded and types of rewards.
  • Recommending ways to market the program and enroll more customers.
  • Identifying possible partnerships for more attractive offers.

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Recommending ways to gamify our loyalty programs.
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Familiarity with our target market, products and services
  • Identification of customer actions and rewards
  • Recommendation of marketing strategies
  • Identification of partnership opportunities

Bonus steps would include:

  • Recommending gamification strategies

Final deliverables should include

  • A final report.
  • A presentation.
