This app is an innovative idea that integrates physiotherapy and fitness into one, integrating this into your activities of daily living. This allows both PT’s and individuals to take upon customizable approaches and set routines to help with people’s well-being as well as offering different regimes for various individuals. The ability to focus on certain muscle groups, and includes individuals who have sustained injuries; this app caters to everyone.
